- location, landmark fill properly
- update bank account
- update pan & gst number
- shop photo, inside outside with geotack
- cancil check upload as a bank proof
- shop equipment details fill properly
- submit and print document details and sent block csc office
After Successfully apply, you can visit local Block wish champion vle for submit all document for future work.
