Frequently asked for IIBF’s BC/BF exam
There are few common problems VLE’s (Exam Facilitator) face while Conducting IIBF exams, below mentioned are mentioned problems with their solution.
Q1. What is required before starting exam on your machine?
Ans: Before starting the test, make sure that you have:
An internet connectivity of at-least 512 kbps.
An updated version of Supported Browser should be installed on the system.
Please make sure that the pop-up blocker should be disabled. (Disable Pop Up Blocker)
Uninstall any third party software (block Antivirus, Remote Desktop applications like any desk etc.)
Install on the system for webcam before starting the test. Check the webcam before the test, should be in a working condition.
Turn off chat applications (Google talk, yahoo messenger etc), antivirus, auto updates, and other notifications.
Q2. What should I do if my Admit card not received after registration?
Ans If the admit card is not received on your registered mail even after the successful registration, please wait and have patience by the end of the next day the admit card will be sent to his/her registered e-mail ID. So, all of you are requested to provide proper and valid email ID while registering. Still if the admit card is not received after 2 days mail on iibfexam@cscacademy.org with the registration details mentioned in below format.

Q3. What should I do if my Admit card is lost but I have registration /membership number?

Steps to download admit card :-
1) Open the link to download admit card.
2) put your registration / member number at Membership No field.
3) Click on download admit card option.
4) CLick on IIBF link to download it
The password mentioned in email is only a profile passowrd and can not be used for examination.
The Exam passowrd is printed on admit card, and is valid only of appearing for the examination.
Q4. Access Denied message is shown on my screen, what is this ?
Ans: This is intermittent issue and occurs when you try on multiple windows or try login soon after logout from other window. Please wait keep gap of at least 2 minute in each login. It could be only resolved by clearing browser history and cache also
Q5. What Is message: Loading / Please wait while your test is configured or why Loading Exam Takes Time.
Ans If the test loading takes time, please try clearing the caches and cookies.
b) Also you can try running the test on private or incognito mode.
c) You can also check if you have installed any plugins or extensions in your browser.
d) Please make sure you are using the latest version of the browser / SEB.
Q6 What to do if my internet Connection is Lost?
Ans. Make sure your internet is working or not. Try to re-connect to internet and restart the exam.
Q7 It is showing Webcam is not found what to do?
Ans Internal camera and External camera both camera can be used. Please make sure that no camera related applications is running in background while giving a proctored assessment. Also, do not initiate the the webcam manually. If this error appears, close the camera and the test window (Never click on finish test), close the webcam if it’s running, and start the test again. This error may also occur if you have any third party softwares like cyber linkyoucam, Camfrog Video Chat ManyCametc. If you have any such software, uninstall it and restart your computer before trying the test again.
Q8 Unable to Load JS or Java not found, what should I do?
Ans If you are getting this error message, please visit thehttps://www.java.com/en/download/windows_offline.jsp. Install Java and on the system, restart your browser and follow the instructions on screen. If you are getting “Java Not Found” even after installing latest version of Java. Check if the permission as ‘Always Activate’ is assigned to Java add-on as shown in this screen. Please follow the below steps to manually activate the plugins in browser:
Click the menu button and choose Add-ons. The Add-ons Manager tab will open.
In the Add-ons Manager tab, select the Plugins panel. Click on the Java(TM) Platform plugin to select it. Select Always Activate in its drop-down menu.
Q9 Where should I check that my centre is on boarded or enlisted for IIBF exam
Ans. You may Visit registration url and in cente name you can choose you district name where in Venue you can see your exam centre name

Q11. What is passing criteria in the exam and how do I get my certificate?
Ans This is 40 %. And you can get your score cards immediately from exam dashboard . Orginal certificates will be sent you on the mail and will be available in you login.

Q13 What is timing for the exam
Ans Candidate should follow the exam timings and he/she should report at center 15 minutes prior to exam. Candidate appearing after the exam time scheduled will not be allowed to appear for the exam. Allowed time is 10 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday.
Q14. What are the ID Proof allowed?
Ans Candidate should present / show original ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Pan Card / Driving Licence) at the time of exam
