Here’s how you can collect payments with:
STEP 1: Single QR Code – Bharat/UPI QR Display the QR code at counter or on app to the customer
STEP 2: Customer scans the QR code using any Bharat QR/UPI enabled app
STEP 3: Customer gives authorization on their app & transaction is complete
STEP 4: Merchant can see transaction status in Recent Transactions on Home Page or Passbook
UPI Collect Request
STEP 1: Merchant selects UPI on Home page Merchant enters customer’s VPA (UPL ID), transaction amount & clicks “Submit”
STEP 2: Customer receives UPI collect payment request notification on the app where they
STEP 3: registered for UPI Customer approves the UPI collect payment request
STEP 4: Merchant can see transaction status in Recent Transactions on Home page or Passbook
STEP 5: SMS Pay- for home delivery and remote collections Merchant selects
SMS Pay on Home page
STEP 1 Merchant enters customer’s mobile number, amount & clicks “Send request”
STEP 2: Customer receives an SMS with secure link for payment
STEP 3: Gustomer opens the link & enters card details&OTP to complete the payment (card details not visible to merchant)
Merchant can see transaction status in Recent Transactions on Home page or Passbook .
