To register on the DigiPay Application, user/VLE has to enter his/her CSC IDand valid Aadhaar Numberin the respective fields shown in the figure 1and click on the ‘Checkbox’to give theconsent.To complete the process click on the‘Proceed’Buttonas shown in ‘Figure 1’. Please ensure to read the consent thoroughly before clicking on the check box.
While the information is validating, user/VLE should not interrupt or refresh the page as shown in Figure 2
To sign up into DigiPay account, VLE has toenter the OTP sent on his/herregistered mobile numberand click on the ‘VERIFY OTP’ button as shown in ‘figure3’to validate the CSC id and Aadhaar Number
After successful validation of OTP,the user’s informationwill be auto displayed on the screenas shown in ‘figure4’. The Information contain the following fields:CSC IDNameMobilenumberBank Name
User/VLE hasto click on ‘Checkbox’fieldand provide his/her explicit consent.Kindly read the Terms and Conditions by clicking on ‘Read More’option before proceeding further.
To complete the registrationprocess, VLE has to give his/her consent and click on the ‘Scan’ buttonto scan Iris.Scanning is done viabiometric mode of authentication. Place your camera in front of your eyes to complete the processas shown in ‘figure 5’
After successful authentication, User/VLE willbe registered successfully on DigiPayApp. The message to register successfully on DigiPay app will be auto displayedon the screen as shown in‘figure 6’.
After successful registration, the user has to log in by entering his/her CSC IDand click on ‘Checkbox’field to provide the consent. Please ensure to read the consent thoroughly before clicking on the check box
After clicking on ‘Checkbox’field, the user has to authenticatehim/herby scanning irisas shown in ‘figure8’.
After the successful authentication,user will be redirected to the ‘DASHBOARD’of DigiPay application as shown in ‘figure 9’.The dashboard contains icons for Cash Withdraw, Balance Inquiry, Passbook and Wallet. The dashboard also displays the count for no. of transactions and the corresponding amount, Cash deposit, Cash withdrawal, Balance enquiry and Bill Pay.
By clicking on ‘Cash Withdraw’icon, VLE will be able to withdraw cash for the customers from their respective Aadhaar linked account number.The VLE needs to enterthe following information of the customer.Bank Name:The Customer Bank Name for cash withdrawal from the dropdown menu.
Customer AadhaarNumber:Aadhaar number of the customer. Amount:Enter the amount to be withdrawn by customer (Minimum amount to withdraw for VLE is INR 500 and for customer is INR 100).
By clicking on ‘Balance Enquiry’icon, VLE will be able to check balance for the customers in their respective Aadhaar linked Bank account.(refer to figure 11)
VLE needs to enter the following information ofthe customer.Bank Name:The customer’s bank name for balance enquiry from the drop down menu. Customer AadhaarNumber:Aadhaar number of the customer.
