DIGIPAY v4.0 ERROR SOLUTIONS ERROR

1: THE REMOTE SERVER RETURNED ERROR: (404) NOT FOUND(WINDOWS) OR THE REMOTE SERVER RETURNED ERROR: (500 or 503) (WINDOWS) OR REQUEST INTEGRITY FAILURE. INVALID REQUEST (WINDOWS) SOLUTION: Please follow the below steps

1.Copy printlog from C:\CSC e-Governance Services India Limited DIGIPAY and paste in other drives of your system.

2. Uninstall Digipay from Control Panel and delete CSC e-Governance Services India Limited folder from C:drive Download Digipay v4.0 from https://digipay.csccioud.in/ and after downloading unzip the

3. Digipay v4.0. Right Click on setup file and click on Run As Administrator.

4. After successfully installing Digipay v4.0 Right click on Digipay icon on desktop and click on Run As Administrator.

Note: Make sure device must be RD service registered and properly connected to system before opening Digipay.

ERROR 2: JAVA.NET.SOCKETTIMEOUTEXCEPTION: TIMEOUT(ANDROID) SOLUTION: Try to register again in Digipay after sometime.

ERROR 3:

USER NOT AVAILABLE (ANDROID) SOLUTION: Turn on the Location services of mobile and then try again.

ERROR 4:

LAUNCH URL: UNABLE TO DECODE REQUEST DATA. PLEASE PROVIDE VALID INPUTS(ANDROID) SOLUTION: Uninstall older version of Digipay app and download new version of Digipay from Google Play Store

ERROR 5:

ERROR OCCURRED IN GATEWAY LOGIN(WINDOWS) SOLUTION: Restart your Sysytem and then try again to login in Digipay
