• 1) The woman/lady/girl must be a resident of West Bengal.
• 2) Upon submission of any one of the supporting documents, a SMART CARD will be issued to the passenger. This will enable her to avail the bus services for free.
• Documents which are accepted: A) Aadhar Card, B) EPIC Card, C) Grameen Rozgar Guarantee Card, D) Ayushman Bharat Health Card, E) Driving License, F) PAN Card, G) Passport, H) Government issued ID cards (Central and State Government), I) Pension Document with photograph, J) School/College/University issued ID Card. These documents can be submitted to the BDO/SDO office.
• 3) A “Zero Value” ticket will be issued to the female passenger travelling on a government bus and possessing the aforementioned Smart Card.
• 4) This scheme will start on the 1st of June, 2026.
• 5) This scheme is applicable only on West Bengal Government Operated Bus Routes.

**আধার কার্ড (Aadhar Card), ভোটার কার্ড (EPIC), গ্রামীণ কর্মসংস্থান জব কার্ড, আয়ুষ্মান ভারত হেলথ কার্ড, ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স, প্যান কার্ড, পাসপোর্ট, ছবিসহ পেনশনের নথি কিংবা স্কুল-কলেজ-বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের অফিশিয়াল পরিচয়পত্রের যে কোনও একটি থাকলেই এই কার্ড মিলবে।
