Note:

  1. • Candidate can download copy of e-certificate only after the e-certificate is processed, digitally signed and emailed by the Institute.
  2. • E-certificate wont be available for download in case of any discrepancy found in processing (e.g. photo/signature etc.).
  3. • For any query click on the link https://iibf.esdsconnect.com/CmsComplaint and submit your Query.
    (Query Category: ‘Examination’ , Query Sub-Category: ‘Non receipt of Final Certificate’).
  4. • After download candidate are advised to preserve the e-certificate file.
  5. • Candidate can not download e-certificate more than 3 times.

Institute issues duplicate certificates for examinations to the candidates based on their request.

With effect from September 9, 2015, only online request with online payment for duplicate certificate will be accepted by the Institute.

Application for Duplicate Certificate in e-format (Not applicable for Examinations held after 1st Oct 2019)

Note:

  1. • Application for Duplicate Certificate in e-format (Not applicable for Examinations held after 1st Oct 2019).
  2. • The candidate requesting for a Duplicate e-certificate needs to pay one-time conversion fee Rs.200/- + GST.
  3. • The candidates who have received certificate in e-certificate format earlier need not apply for the Duplicate e-certificate again.
  4. • Such candidates send an e-mail to care@iibf.org.in requesting for copy of e-certificate with subject line “Copy of e-Certificate” giving member/registration no, exam name etc.
  5. • Candidate will receive duplicate certificate in e-format from the e-mail iibfnoreplymail@iibf.org.in
  6. • If the candidate wishes to change e-mail id they can do so by editing their profile or e-mail to care@iibf.org.in
  7. • e-certificate will be emailed within one month after submission of application.
  8. • The Paper Certificate (Duplicate) presently issued by the Institute has been discontinued.

Passed Candidate Details

The list of candidates whose Final Certificates are sent through Registered/Speed Post, returned to us by the Postal Authorities and still lying with us is available here. Candidates who are in this list may contact / send the mail with their MEMBERSHIP / REGISTRATION NO., NAME, COMPLETE ADDRESS with PIN CODE and EXAMINATION NAME, MOBILE NO. to the Institute’s Corporate Office at the following Address, on receiving the details within 15 days the certificate will be dispatched through Registered/Speed Post. Candidates also can arrange to collect the same in person or through his representative with authority letter on any working day between 10 AM to 5 PM except on 2nd and 4th Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
