The person is appointed by banks and lawful debt collection agencies to act as their agents and be responsible for providing debtors every detail of their loans terms and conditions and guide them accordingly for payment.

How to Get DRA Certificate

1. DRA Training

Graduate – 50 Hrs / Undergraduate – 100 Hrs ( Minimum Class 10th )

Step 5	Click on Validate and then Wallet Pin to complete your payment.
Step 6	Candidate will receive Training Fee Receipt & LMS Link and Credentials through email
Step 7	DRA Support Team will contact you for following verifications:

	c) Confirmation of Book’s Language
	d) Confirmation of Batch Joining Date

1. What is the Batch Strength? Answer- 35 Maximum of Same Language
2. Is Fee of Rs. 4720 same for Graduate/U.G.?Answer- Yes
3. How candidate will apply for Examination after Completion of Training?Answer- DRA Support team will contact you to confirm Availability on Exam Date, Exam Language etc. After that DRA Team will apply for Exam. Once Fee paid, it can not be refunded or adjusted.
4. IF candidate will not attend DRA training, then will he/she be able to give exam?Answer- No, as 100 percent attendance is mandatory.
