How do I create or register a new User ID?
Click on the Login/Sign Up option to register for a new user account.
I am not able to log in. What should I do?
Your User ID and registered mobile number may not be linked correctly. Please verify your details carefully.
How can I check the status of my AIN?
You can check the status from your dashboard after logging in with the account used to submit the application.
Where can I check the status of any AIN?
The status of any AIN can be checked using the Third Party Certificate Verification option.
Is there an option to delete my account?
No, there is currently no option to delete an account.
I forgot my User ID. How can I retrieve it?
Please call our helpdesk number and provide the necessary details of your account to retrieve your User ID.
What does “Already logged in” mean?
It means your previous session was not logged out properly. Please wait for 20 minutes before trying to log in again.
I did not receive an OTP or received an invalid OTP. What should I do?
Your mobile number might be incorrect, or the OTP has expired. Please try again after 1 hour.
How can I raise a complaint, dispute, or ticket on WB e-District?
Log in with your credentials on the WB e-District website, go to the Helpdesk option, and fill out the grievance form to raise a dispute or query.
The officer has rejected my application. What should I do?
Once an application is rejected by the officer, no rectification or modification can be done. Please submit a fresh application.
The status shows “Sent Back.” What does this mean and what should I do?
The application has been sent back to you for modification. Log in to the WB e-District portal.Go to your dashboard and click on Sent Back Remarks to see the reason. Then click on Edit Case to make the necessary changes and resubmit.
I submitted the application by mistake or with wrong data. Can it be deleted or corrected?
Once the application is submitted, no modification can be done from your end unless it is sent back to you by the department.
The dashboard shows “Approved,” but I cannot download the certificate. What should I do?
The certificate has not yet been signed by the officer. You will be able to download it only after it is signed.
Unable to make payment on the portal. It shows “Payment is in progress.” What should I do?
Please wait for 48 hours and then check/verify the payment status.
The payment has been deducted from my bank account, but I am unable to download the certificate. What should I do?
Check the payment status by clicking on the eye button. If bank confirmation is pending, wait for 24 hours. If after 24 hours the payment status shows Failed, your money will be refunded within 7–8 working days to the same account from which the amount was deducted. If the refund does not happen within this time, please raise a chargeback request with your bank.
The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but the AIN has not been generated. What should I do?
Please check the payment status by clicking on the eye button to verify your payment details.
Payment status shows as “Invalid.” What does this mean?
If the payment status shows as Invalid, your money will be refunded within 7–8 working days to the same account from which the amount was deducted.
Where can I download the payment receipt?
Log in to your WB e-District account, go to your dashboard, select the respective AIN, and click on the Payment Details tab to download the receipt.
