Haryana Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana: ₹2,100 a Month for Eligible Women
Haryana’s Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) gives eligible women ₹2,100 every month, paid by Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). Registration for Phase 2, which covers families with income up to ₹1.80 lakh, opened on 17 September 2026.
What is the scheme?
DDLLY is a flagship women’s welfare scheme launched by the Haryana Government on 25 September 2025 to strengthen women’s financial independence and provide social security. The SEWA Department (Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes and Antyodaya) implements it across the state.
On 8 January 2026, a revised notification replaced the one dated 15 September 2025. It added a new eligibility category for families with verified annual income up to ₹1.80 lakh, and changed the payment structure to include a Government-operated Recurring Deposit (RD) or Fixed Deposit (FD).
Latest update: The 12th instalment was released on 10 October 2026. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced that women registering under Phase 2 from 17 September 2026 would start receiving assistance from November 2026, subject to verification and approval. More than 2.5 lakh women have reportedly registered. Beneficiaries must now do face authentication once every three months instead of every month.

How the money is paid
- First month: the full ₹2,100 goes to your savings bank account.
- From the second month: ₹1,100 goes to your savings account, and ₹1,000 is deposited by the Government into a Government-operated RD or FD account.
- Maturity: the RD/FD amount plus applicable interest is paid to you on maturity. The RD tenure is set by the Government and won’t exceed five years.
Choosing a lower amount: You can opt for a lower monthly amount through the app after verification.
- If you choose ₹1,500 or less, ₹500 goes to your savings account and ₹1,000 to the RD.
- If you choose more than ₹1,500, ₹1,000 goes to the RD and the rest to your savings account.
This also explains why some women who chose the full ₹2,100 see only ₹1,100 in their bank account after the first month. The other ₹1,000 is in the RD/FD.
