1. जिन लाभार्थियों का आधार किसी भी बैंक खाते से सीडेड (Aadhaar Seeding) नहीं है, वे कृपया अपने बैंक से तुरंत संपर्क करें। ध्यान दें कि आधार सीडिंग और बैंक खाते में आधार लिंक होना दो अलग-अलग प्रक्रियाएँ हैं। केवल खाते में आधार लिंक होना पर्याप्त नहीं है।

2. जिनका बैंक खाता आधार से सीडेड नहीं है, उनकी केंद्रीय योजनाओं के अंतर्गत मिलने वाली राशि (DBT) रुक सकती है। इसलिए सभी लाभार्थी अपने बैंक में आधार सीडिंग की स्थिति अवश्य जांच लें।

3. जिन लाभार्थियों का आधार नंबर उपलब्ध नहीं है, वे अपना आधार नंबर अपने जिले के ADSS कार्यालय से संपर्क करके जल्द से जल्द अपडेट करवा लें, ताकि योजनाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने में कोई समस्या न हो !

4. जिन लाभार्थी का अकाउंट PFMS से एक्सेप्ट हो गया है वैसे लाभार्थी का अकाउंट अपडेट केवल जिला लॉगिन से होगा !

5. जिन लाभार्थियों ने अभी तक जीवन प्रमाणीकरण नहीं करवाया है वो जल्द ही अपने नजदीकी CSC सेंटर पे जाकर जीवन प्रमाणीकरण करा लें अन्यथा उनका पेंशन कभी भी बंद किया जा सकता है !

Citizens of Bihar can use this Application to verify the status of their pension payments under various schemes.

महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी

Some Information about e-Labharthi

e-Labharthi project is based on pension amount transferred to pensioner account through DBT. e-Labharthi consider 6 type of schemes like Bihar Social Security Pension, Bihar State Disability Pension and Laxmi Bai Social Security Pension based on Bihar state govt. & Indira Gandhi Disability Pension, Indira Gandhi Old Age Pension and Indira Gandhi Widow Pension from central govt.

After collecting beneficiary personal and bank information, we send those data to PFMS for verification of accounts in XML format. PFMS respond the same as accepted with account holder name or rejected with rejected reason. If beneficiary accepted by PFMS, block able to re-verify on the basis of matching ‘Beneficiary Name’ & ‘Name as Per PFMS’ and lock those accepted detail. Locked beneficiary finally lock by district for make payment. Once district locked beneficiaries, we generate bill, generate file & upload to PFMS. PFMS transfer to authorize banks to finally make payment.

  VIDHWA PENSION

    • INDIRA GANDHI WIDOW PENSION (CENTRAL GOVT.)

For purpose of claiming central assistance, the following criteria shall apply:
(1) The age of the widow shall be between 40-59 years.
(2) The applicant must belong to a houshold below the poverty line according to the criteria prescribed by the Government Of India.

  • LAXMI BAI SOCIAL SECURITY PENSION (BIHAR GOVT.)

As the Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme (IGNWPS) only covers widows aged 40–59, some State Governments have launched state widow pension schemes. The Lakshmi Bai Pension Yojana in Bihar covers all widows above 18 years of age whose annual family income is below 60,000 Rs.

  VIKLANGTA PENSION

    • INDIRA GANDHI DISABILITY PENSION (CENTRAL GOVT.)

Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme was introduced in Bihar during the year 2009-10 as a part of National Social Assistance Programme. The Scheme is being implemented through the funds received from Government of India. If applicant is receiving state social security pension, then he/she is ineligible to procure this pension. Under the scheme an amount of Rs.300 /- per month is paid to applicant.

    • BIHAR STATE DISABILITY PENSION (BIHAR GOVT.)

The disability pension scheme is known as Bihar State Disability Pension Scheme initiated by the State Government to cover only those persons with disabilities who are not covered under the Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme (IGNDPS).

Eligibility Criteria
(1).The applicant must be physically disabled and posses a certificate of minimum 40% of disability.
(2).There is no minimum or maximum age limit for availing the benefits of the scheme.
(3).There is no upper limit of annual income defined for availing the pension.
(4).The applicant should be a resident of the State or should have been residing in the State for at least past 10 years, since the date of submission of the application.

   VRIDHAVASTHA PENSION

    • Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (CENTRAL GOVT.):

The National Old Age Pension Scheme was introduced in Bihar in 1995 under the National Social Assistance Programme 2007. In November 2007 the Scheme was renamed as the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme. The Scheme is designed for older persons who are at the age of 60 years or above.

  • Mukhyamantri Vridhjan Pension Scheme(BIHAR GOVT.): This scheme is introduced by Bihar Government in 2019 that covered all needy persons above 60 years those not getting any govt. pension amount.
