- ENTER CUSTOMER ID & SUBMIT
- PAY BILL & GET COMMISSION
- VLE has to submit an amount of Rs 1000 to CSC SPV for REGISTER THIS SCHEME
- CSC VLE GET 10/- COMISSION AFTER SALE THE GAS , COMISSION GIVE BY DISTRIBUTER
- CSC VLE AND DISTRIBUTER SIGN A MOU FOR THID PROCESS

General guidelines of LPG services through Common
Service Centers
Service Available through CSC : –
1. LPG Gas Booking
a. Online booking of LPG cylinder.
b. Rs. 2 for each refill booking
2. LPG Distribution through CSCs
a) Maximum stock of LPG for VLE shall not exceed more than 100 kg at a point of time.
b) VLEs will be permitted to receive LPG cylinder only from one distributor.
c) VLEs to maintain record pertaining to stock, receipt, and safety of cylinders/DPRs
refill defective generation. CSC SPV or Ministry officials can visit any time for the
verification of the records.

d) VLE has to deposit Rs. 1000 as a security to CSC online through Digital Seva Portal.
e) VLE can go to https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/ & select gas connection to book a LPG.
f) VLEs should sign MoU with distributor for delivery of the services.
g) VLEs should not pay another security amount to distributor or any other person.
h) VLE should resolve any consumer complaints in coordination with distributor.
i) Name and address of CSC with which distributor has signed MoU’s are to be
displayed at their godowns or showroom.
j) Distributor should handover a PDC kit along with portable weighing machine to
VLE’s on returnable basis.
k) VLE’s should receive cylinder stating “received in good condition”.
l) Distributors will be required to give supplies to the VLEs as per requirement/
demand/ booking.
m) To take LPG point or deliver LPG Services the branding of CSC must have been
completed.
n) VLEs will get below mentioned commission in these schemes.
- Sale of Cylinder. Rs. 10 per Cylinder given to VLE To be paid by distributor
- Distributor of Gas cylinder through CSC’s. If the cylinder are uplifted by POS /VLE through its own
vehicles, from LPG go down of the distributor.
Rs. 19 each inclusive of GST To be paid by distributor to VLE - Distribution of gas cylinders through CSCs. If the cylinders are to be delivered by distributor at
POS/ VLE premises.
Rs. 10 each Inclusive GST To be paid by distributor to VLE
