This is the final design of sign board which we have to use/put on the front of our FPO’s. Amount of upto Rs 10000/- will be reimburse if only given with proper bill.
Points to be taken care :
Sign board must be of good quality.
Sign board must be lighted (with Light).
Size should be 4*6.( Minor adjustment in size can be done as per front area of FPO ).
Don’t do any changes in color pattern & images.
For FPO creation you need to share relevant documents as mentioned above to the below mentioned IDs

Please check below mentioned details for FPO formation
New FPO Registration:
1 10 or more farmers can start the FPO.
2 VLEs can form new FPOs on their own through any CA or CS (Registration charges will vary from state to state as per govt. norm)
3 VLE can also take help of consultancies suggested by CSC SPV.
4 Estimated charges to form a new FPO through consultancies will be Rs.17,910/- approx, (Consultancy Company / firm suggested by CSC).
Documents Required for FPO Formation
FPO names will be given by CSC only.
· Correspondence address of Company
· Electricity Bill of Correspondence address
· Rent Agreement of Correspondence address
· Documents of 10 members
a) Aadhar Card (Scanned Original)
b) PAN Card (Scanned Original)
c) Voter ID/ Driving License.
d) Bank Statement (not older than 2 months duly signed by Bank Manager)
e) Passport Size Photograph
f) E-Mail ID
g) Mobile / Phone Number
h) Qualification
i) Producer Certificate duly attested by District Agriculture officer / Deputy Director Agriculture / Tehsildar
j) Digital Signature Certificate (Will be arranged by consultancy)
