Important Information for Administrative Departments/Districts/Blocks/ULBs :
• The Government of West Bengal has approved the rollout of the “Banglar Yuba Sathi” initiative, scheduled to commence from 15 February 2026, with statewide coverage across 294 Assembly Constituencies (ACs).
• Applicants may submit their applications through both online and offline modes
• The user manual below outlines the step-by-step procedure for submitting applications for Banglar Yuba Sathi through the web portal.

Step 1 : Open https://apas.wb.gov.in/ & Click on the Click to apply icon
Step 2: Prior to initiating the application process, applicants are required to keep the following items ready for the Yuba Sathi online application.
Step 3: The applicant must enter a valid and active mobile number along with the captcha. Upon submission, a secret PIN (OTP) will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number, which must be used to complete the login process.
Step 4: Upon successful login, the application page will be displayed. The applicant is then required to complete and submit the online application form with the necessary details.
Step 5: The applicant is required to upload all mandatory supporting documents as per the prescribed list before final submission of the application.
