Madhya Pradesh Post Matric Scholarship for OBC: Financial Support for Studies After Class 10

Many OBC families find the cost of studying beyond Class 10 hard to bear. Madhya Pradesh’s Post Matric Scholarship for OBC students helps by paying eligible students a scholarship through e-payment, so money doesn’t force them to drop out. Families with an annual income of up to ₹3 lakh may qualify for a 100% scholarship.

What is the scheme?

The scheme, officially the Pichhda Varg Post Matric Chhatravritti Yojana, is run by the Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. It is entirely funded by the state government. It covers students from both urban and rural areas, and both boys and girls can benefit.
