Play Store থেকে Indian Oil ONE https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=cx.indianoil.in ইনস্টল করুন। তারপরে আপনার মোবাইল ও গ্যাসের কনসিউমার নাম্বার দিয়ে Profile তৈরী করুন।
প্রোফাইল তৈরী হয়ে গেলে Play Store থেকে “AadhaarFaceRd” App টি ইনস্টল করে নিন
✓✓ এবার IndianOil ONE App টি ওপেন করে Gas Section এ গিয়ে eKyc / ReKyc সিলেক্ট করে Face স্ক্যান সিলেক্ট করুন। এবার Carefully আপনার Face স্ক্যান করুন…. Face Capture হয়ে গেলে সাবমিট করুন✓✓
✓✓ এতেই আপনার eKyc সম্পূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে
HP গ্যাসের eKyc করতে হলে HP গ্যাসের ওয়েবসাইটে Profile তৈরি করে Aadhar ভেরিফাই করলেই হবে…. এক্ষেত্রে Aadhar এর সাথে মোবাইল লিংক থাকতে হবে
BPCL গ্যাসের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই এই নিয়ম একই রকম ভাবে ফলো করবেন।
Customers can now complete the KYC process through the IndianOil One Mobile App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details? id=cx.indianoil.in) by installing the AadhaarFaceRd Mobile App (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.gov.uidai.facerd). To initiate the process, go to My Profile > Indane Details > ReKYC, check the Consent box, and then proceed to click on Face Scan.
Please choose the address update option judiciously, as the revised address will be recorded in the cash memo & the delivery of refills (cylinders) will take place based on the new address.
Additionally, ensure that the Biometric is unlocked (if previously locked) before conducting the face scan.
